Route Details – Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary
Day-wise Trek Route
Day 1: Pokhara → Nayapul → Trek to Tikhedhunga
Drive to Nayapul and start trekking through villages and farmland.
Day 2: Tikhedhunga → Ghorepani
Climb stone steps through Ulleri and forest trails.
Day 3: Ghorepani → Tadapani (via Poon Hill)
Early morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise, then trek to Tadapani.
Day 4: Tadapani → Chhomrong
Descend through forests and villages with mountain views.
Day 5: Chhomrong → Himalaya / Deurali
Trek along Modi Khola through bamboo forests.
Day 6: Deurali → Annapurna Base Camp (via Machhapuchhre Base Camp)
Reach the main highlight – Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp → Bamboo
Descend back through the same scenic trail.
Day 8: Bamboo → Nayapul → Pokhara
Trek ends and drive back to Pokhara.

Scenic Annapurna Base Camp Trek-7Night/8Days Adventure Itinerary
After breakfast in Pokhara, drive to Nayapul and begin the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The trail passes through small villages, terraced farmlands, and along the river. This is an easy and relaxing walk, perfect for warming up on the first day. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Tikhedhunga.
Today involves a steady uphill walk. The trek starts with a climb up stone steps to Ulleri village, followed by a gradual ascent through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests. Enjoy mountain views and fresh air before reaching Ghorepani, a popular village for trekkers. Overnight stay at a teahouse.
Early in the morning, hike to Poon Hill to witness a stunning sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast, continue trekking through forest trails and ridges to Tadapani. This day offers excellent views and peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Tadapani.
The trail descends through dense forests and crosses rivers before climbing up to Chhomrong village. Chhomrong is a major stop and the main gateway to Annapurna Base Camp. Enjoy views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre from the village. Overnight stay at a teahouse.
After descending to Chhomrong Khola, the trail follows the Modi Khola river through bamboo and alpine forests. The walk is gradual, with increasing altitude, and offers a calm trekking experience. Overnight stay at Deurali or Himalaya area.
Today is the most important day of the trek. Walk past glaciers and moraines to reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp, then continue to Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of snow-covered Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay at Annapurna Base Camp.
Wake up early to enjoy sunrise views at Annapurna Base Camp. After breakfast, start descending along the same trail, passing Machhapuchhre Base Camp and Deurali. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Bamboo.
On the final day, trek back to Nayapul through familiar trails and villages. After reaching Nayapul, drive back to Pokhara, marking the end of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with beautiful memories.
